Your New Ritual
Plan on arriving at the property at 3pm on September 29th, and leaving after yoga & breakfast on October 4th. When you arrive at the port, we'll pick you up. Each day is balanced between group activities, and plenty of free time to do as you wish. Everything is optional: you can get into as much or as little as you want. Below is a schedule just to give you a general idea (it tends to vary once we actually get going). Whether you want to embrace your introvert, or hang out with new friends - there will be plenty of opportunity for both.

3pm - Check in
5pm – 6.30pm Welcome circle and grounding practice to settle in
7pm Dinner
Monday - Thursday
8am – 10am Meditate & Flow Morning practice
10am -11am Breakfast
11am – 2pm Playing, adventures, nature, beach, having fun
2pm – 3pm Light lunch
3pm – 5pm Afternoon nap, chill out by the sea, go for a swim or enjoy nature
5pm – 6.30pm Evening Restorative practice
7pm – 9pm Dinner (a local feast!)
10pm Sleeping, stargazing, slowing down

8am – 10am Meditate & Flow Morning practice
9am – 10am Breakfast
10am Check out

Our property is 2 minutes on foot from the sea. It's late summer, so we're expecting sunshine during the day, with cooler evenings. There's a sandy beach, a nudist area, a cliff-jumping spot… something for everyone! During the day, little boats serve as water taxis and can take you to other parts of the island. We'll also hop on a boat one day! Boat day is included!
