Each morning we begin in silence, practicing meditation and breathwork techniques, followed by a quiet, contemplative time for reflection, intention and journaling. Then, a powerful, energetic Vinyasa yoga practice creates a flow of vital energy that balances breath and movement, preparing the body and mind for a beautiful day.
Between the morning practice and lunch, as well as afterwards, you have time to explore the landscapes and property amenities. Activities such as hiking, Ayurvedic massages and natal chart readings are organized on site.
Every evening we relax with restorative practices such as slow flow, gentle movements and sounds, to release the energy of the day and slowly let go with the setting sun.
