Meditate & Flow – We’ll begin each morning with cleansing breath-work, meditation and an energizing vinyasa flow intended to build strength and spirit.
Restore & Regenerate – We’ll close each evening with a gentle, soothing breath-work and movement to nourish the nervous system and support the spirit.
Silent Hike – Reconnect with the living world in a guided mountain hike to explore the Sierra de la Laguna and its surroundings. During this hike you will also be able to connect with both your inner self and the environment through a pleasant meditation and mindfulness session.
Learn to Farm – An opportunity to immerse in planting and harvesting techniques as you create a homemade organic garden alongside one of Paradero’s . Furthermore, the venture benefits the environment by rising local food movement and reducing the necessity of nonrenewable energy sources.
Beach set up – This is a very unique beach setup experience. We’ll drive you to visit one of the loveliest beaches of the region and set it up with all the necessary beachside essentials for a nice sunny day.
Cliffside Sunset – On an intimate beach protected by rocks, you will enjoy the retreat’s last sunset with live music, local food and overlooking the landscape beauty.

Ojo de Agua Wellness Center - A below-ground spa, a sunken oasis inspired by a secret watering hole in Todos Santos. Retreat participants will receive a 15% discount in all spa treatments.

We’ll begin our path to wellness with a gentle, soothing breath-work and movement to nourish the nervous system and support the spirit. This first practice with a breathtaking backdrop will set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
7:00 PM Welcome Dinner: Meet your hosts and peers as you wind down and enjoy simple yet sophisticated dishes that showcase modern Mexican coastal cuisine. The Path to Wellness menu has been carefully co-designed by Paraderos’s chef Eduardo Rios, an alumn of Mexico’s most award winning chef Enrique Olvera, and Jen to combine fresh and local ingredients with clean eating.
DAY 2
