Overview

Immerse yourself in one of the world’s most pristine natural environments, overlooking the beauty of Baja California’s sensory desert, unwind and relax on private terraces while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

The retreat includes:

  • Five-day, four-night wellness retreat at Paradero Todos Santos
  • Accommodations and all meals
  • Access to all program activities, two daily yoga classes, local workshops, and more

Activities (Included)

  • Meditate & Flow We’ll begin each morning with cleansing breath-work, meditation and an energizing vinyasa flow intended to build strength and spirit.

  • Restore & Regenerate – We’ll close each evening with a gentle, soothing breath-work and movement to nourish the nervous system and support the spirit.

  • Silent Hike – Reconnect with the living world in a guided mountain hike to explore the Sierra de la Laguna and its surroundings. During this hike you will also be able to connect with both your inner self and the environment through a pleasant meditation and mindfulness session.

  • Learn to Farm An opportunity to immerse in planting and harvesting techniques as you create a homemade organic garden alongside one of Paradero’s . Furthermore, the venture benefits the environment by rising local food movement and reducing the necessity of nonrenewable energy sources.

  • Beach set up – This is a very unique beach setup experience. We’ll drive you to visit one of the loveliest beaches of the region and set it up with all the necessary beachside essentials for a nice sunny day.

  • Cliffside Sunset – On an intimate beach protected by rocks, you will enjoy the retreat’s last sunset with live music, local food and overlooking the landscape beauty.

  • Ojo de Agua Wellness Center - A below-ground spa, a sunken oasis inspired by a secret watering hole in Todos Santos. Retreat participants will receive a 15% discount in all spa treatments.

  • Artwalk - Explore Todos Santos pintorestic town, restaurants, galleries and its artistic community

3:00 PM Check-in & Wellness Welcome Kit

5:00 PM Sunset Flow

We’ll begin our path to wellness with a gentle, soothing breath-work and movement to nourish the nervous system and support the spirit. This first practice with a breathtaking backdrop will set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

7:00 PM Welcome Dinner: Meet your hosts and peers as you wind down and enjoy simple yet sophisticated dishes that showcase modern Mexican coastal cuisine. The Path to Wellness menu has been carefully co-designed by Paraderos’s chef Eduardo Rios, an alumn of Mexico’s most award winning chef Enrique Olvera, and Jen to combine fresh and local ingredients with clean eating.

DAY 2

8:00 AM Meditate and Flow

We’ll begin each morning with cleansing breath-work, meditation and an energizing vinyasa flow intended to build strength and spirit.

9:00 AM Breakfast: Smoothie bowls, fresh fruit salad, oatmeal & yogurt.

10:30 AM Silent Hike

Reconnect with the living world in a guided mountain hike to explore the Sierra de la Laguna and its surroundings. During this hike you will also be able to connect with both your inner self and the environment through a pleasant meditation and mindfulness session.

12:30 PM Clean Lunch: healthy bowls, ceviches, tostadas and salads to reflect the freshest ingredients from the hotel’s garden, as well as from the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez.

5:00 PM Restore & Regenerate

7:00 PM Flower Garden Dinner: Enjoy a farm-to-table meal surrounded by a magical botanical garden where the cooking will be elevated to theater.

A harmonious combination of breath-work, meditation and an energizing vinyasa flow intended to build strength and spirit.

9:00 AM Breakfast: Fresh-pressed juice, yogurt and Paradero’s unique breakfast burritos.

10:00 AM Beach set up

Relax and enjoy a unique beach setup experience on one of the loveliest beaches of the region with all the necessary beachside essentials for a nice sunny day.

1:00 PM Farm-to-table Lunch: Healthy bowls, ceviches, tostadas and salads to reflect the freshest ingredients from the hotel’s garden, as well as from the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez.

9:30 AM Breakfast: Fresh-pressed juice and protein smoothie shakes

Relax or indulge: Time and space to be present, to open our eyes and heart while enjoying the resort’s amenities.

Jen believes it is a privilege to teach this ancient & sustaining life practice.
